Shabnam Munjal

Shabnam is the technical lead at MWCC.   She graduated with Computer Programming and Analysis from DeVry and worked with owner-managed companies in the IT field until 1991 when she joined the IT Group of Ernst & Young’s Mississauga office.   While at Ernst & Young, Shabnam managed the data conversion and support group.   This group served clients with Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200, as well as other products.

Shabnam provides high quality, timely support to clients.   From 1996 to 1999, Shabnam was an authorized Master Developer for Sage MAS 90 (a Master Developer is trained and authorized by Sage Software to make changes to the software).   This background is valuable in understanding the software’s workings.   As the Sage MAS 90 software has evolved, it has become necessary to specialize in a field and discontinue other parts of the business. Munjal, White decided to focus on implementation services and rely on the very qualified and much larger Master Developers, for custom programming needs.

Shabnam focuses on sales, data conversion, training, and support and works closely with clients who have enhancements from Master Developers.

On a personal note, Shabnam is obsessed with Elvis and will be happy to share her memorabilia with you that she picked up while at Graceland.
